It was actually bigger than the tenderloin they were served with! They were 2/4 in size. So you got two to four per pound…these were the two variety haha. The largest one weighed in at 7.6oz. A product from Vietnam. In cow country here in Canada (Alberta) we know how to \”Wow\” em!! 🙂
